We are currently editing a collection of essays that grew out of a conference held in February 2023 (https://creationopera.ca/musique-et-transcendance/en/). Routledge has expressed interest in publishing the volume, but has asked us to develop it into a handbook. We are therefore seeking additional contributors. Given your expertise in posthuman approaches to music, we were hoping you might be interested in participating.
Please find the call for proposals attached, which includes a description of the volume’s aims and approach. We would be grateful if you would also feel free to share it with colleagues and students who may be interested. We hope you will consider contributing to what we believe will be a valuable addition to current discussions of music and spirituality in contemporary society.
